Papers for publication should be sent in triplicate to: Editor-in-Chief of MATEMATIKA Papers can be written in English or Malay language. An abstract of not more than 100 words, which explains the main points of the paper, should be given in the first page. Keywords should also be given after the abstract. If the paper is in Malay, a translation of the title, abstract and keywords into English should be given following each item in Malay. Numbering of equations, if any, should be done sequentially using Arabic numerals throughout the paper and not according to sections or subsections. Figures and tables, if any, should be numbered sequentially with the appropriate caption, and their locations should be indicated in the text. References should be cited in the paper using Arabic numerals in square brackets, for example Salleh et al. [2]. They should contain complete important information and in a format as shown below: [2] S. Salleh, B. Sanugi, H. Jamaluddin, S. Olariu & A.Y. Zomaya, Enhanced Simulated Annealing Technique for the Single-Row Routing Problem, Journal of Supercomputing, 21(2002), 285–302. Papers are accepted for consideration with the understanding that the work has not been and will not be published elsewhere. Every paper will be refereed and the author will be contacted for corrections, if any. If the paper is accepted for publication, the author will be requested to send the source file (TeX, or Words files). The journal is also accessible through web page http://www.fs.utm.my/matematika. |
